1.  Real Estate "For Sale" signs in front yards or windows (not allowed)

5.  Rusting autos leaking oil on driveways

6. Speeding through the property

7.  Excessive noise (easy solution: don’t put your entertainment center on a common wall and turn it down a little)

8.  Recreation Vehicles should not be parked on the property

9.  Propane Tanks are not allowed on enclosed lanais per fire codes

10.  Feeding Birds causes problems. Birds create a mess and build nests

11.  Dog Droppings must be picked up. Back yards are not used as a dumping ground for pets

12.  Pets are limited to 2 with a total weight of 50 lbs. This means one pet at 50 lbs or two with a combined weight of 50 lbs.

13.  Parking your car in your driveway or garage instead of the street as a courtesy to your neighbor.
