Animal regulations are an important part of managing the community of Willow Greens.  Concerns of safety, cleanliness and beauty are the issues we face to keep our home values up and to make everyone proud of our community.  If you have an animal, you and your family are responsible to do some simple but imperative duties.  They are

• Leash your animals as you walk them in the community.
• Don't let them loose around your unit especially when unattended.
• Pick up all refuse left behind by your animal.  Use a plastic bag every time you take your animal out. 

Please pick up all feces from your pet every time you go out with your animal! 

We are on the watch for those who disregard these simple tasks and will be contacting them.  The board also has the right to fine offenders of these duties.
